About SeanD and the Core Jungle Philosophy

I am a retired Coast Guard Helicopter Rescue Swimmer and Certified Personal Trainer. I have been saving lives for 20 years, now I'd like to show you how to save yours. I hold several certifications; TRX Instructor, Cardio Specialist, SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) Specialist, and Plyometric Development just to name a few, but I don't care too much about certificates, what I care about is results from science-based programs. I have real life experience over the last 30 years and have kept up on the latest science-based techniques to reduce injuries from training, become time efficient, and conduct the exercise in the proper order.

 

Fitness and Exercise has changed tremendously over the last 30 years and with those changes come confusion on how to execute the new exercises, and how to incorporate them into your program. You may have asked yourself the following question, "Should I do cross training or Crossfit?" "Should I do 20 reps or just 10?" "When do I know to increase my weight without pushing too hard and injure myself?" I'll answer all these questions and more so that you have a confident understanding in the new world of fitness and exercise.
